Round ligament pain or cramps?

Hi ladies! So I'm only seven weeks along and keep having what feels oddly like round ligament pain. But this is my third baby and in the past that's never happened. I've also never had cramping of any kind in the first trimester in the past. This time around my back is killing me and I have the round ligament pain, but I feel like it's too soon for all that. Since we live on an Army post and the women's health clinic requires an educational orientation before we are seen I won't be assigned a doctor until after my orientation next week. They've told me to go to the ER with any cramping or complications since I don't actually have a doctor yet. If the pains continue do I go to the ER? My kids are still only 4 (almost 5) and 2, and the hospital is not exactly a kid friendly zone. My husband is an MP and currently on shift so I have no one here to watch my babies until he's done...I just don't know if I can drag my kids to the hospital with me when it's their bedtime already.
