My boyfriend doesn't want to have sex

So my boyfriend and I are 21 and have been dating for a little over a year now. Both of us struggle with anxiety, but for him sex is just another stressor while for me it's a stress reliever. He's so paranoid that he'll get me pregnant he doesn't enjoy it, even though I'm on the pill, we use condoms, and he pulls out. Over time, I've noticed my sex drive decreasing the longer we don't have sex and I've stopped coming on to him because he pretty much always rejects me. He assures me he's attracted to me and that he wants to, it's just his anxiety. He's talked to a therapist but it doesn't seem to have helped. Anyone have any advice?? I don't know how much longer I can deal with a lack of intimacy and passionate affection.
