How old did you start baby on solids?

How old did you start your baby on solids? What made you start them then? What did you start them on? My girl is three months and is starting to watch me eat lol. She's ebf will probably wait until she's 4-5 months to start.

6 months is the best time to start. I'm in shock to see so many women started at 3-4 months 😶 a baby should start solids when they're able to lift their head and sit on their own. And sure as hell that doesn't happen at 3 months. Wow.

We had originally planned to start at 5 months because our pediatrician said it was fine to start her at 4 months.  We were not comfortable starting at 4 months so decided on 5.  However, the more research I do suggests it best to start at 6 months so that is our new starting point.

I was gonna start at 4 months, but we were about to move so I didn't want to start just to stop for several weeks and start again later. We ended up starting at 6 months with oatmeal cereal.

I've seen baby food in the shops for 4 months +
I to am unsure, my son is almost 4 months and still satisfied with his 5 7oz bottles a day so thats ok but he does watch me eat now....however I won't start until at least 5 months + 
Every baby is different and people shouldn't judge.....
