Implementation bleeding

I'm on CD 68 and no Af I period Feb 27th it End Feb 5th. I took Femara CD 3-7.

I'm more than sure I ovulated on April 9th.

I had pink spotting with watery CM. The next day April 10th I had brown spotting with watery CM.

April 11th -13th I had sharp twinges not painful.

April 27th I had more light spotting and twinges. Just for one day.

I have PCOS I don't know what going on. Does it sound like I had ovulation spotting and implantation bleeding???
