I have little wart like bumps on the inside of my vagina. It's surrounding my openening or orface. I'm really worried as I'm a virgin. Never given head or anything? How is it possible to have warty bumps? I'm only 13 so I'm scared to tell my parents. Help!!!!!

Going to sound really weird but genetical warts travel in the blood stream. So if you're prone to warts constantly, go to your doctor and get cream, shots or a wash that helps. 
Could also just be little ingrown hairs. No, you don't have to shave to get them. If your underwear is too tight and is suffocating the follicles, you can get them. Try underwear with some give, or go without and wash easily daily with sulfate free and paraben free soap. Pure glycerin with vitamin E and aloe works well.
And don't masturbate for a while until it clears up.
