Is stress making my period late?

Okay so I have a very irregular period. About 15+ days actually. But my period is more than a werk late this time, and I'm wondering if it's bc I'm stressed. I have an AP human geography exam next week, and I'm not sure if this is what's effecting my body? I'm concerned though... thank you for your responses

It's possible for stress to make your ovulation late and in turn make your period late  (since your period date depends on when you ovulate). The day of ovulation to the day of your period is termed the luteal phase which is pretty constant 12-16 days on average. Where as the last day of your period to the day of ovulation is termed follicular and can vary dramatically. I used to have regular periods for years and then for the last few months they've gone crazy. Anywhere from 30 to 40 days beforeI get my period. After looking it up I found out the info above and then realized it's probably cuz I'm taking 7 college courses this semester 😳. Lol.

Oh yeah, girl. I've been there. After that exam, your period​ will probably be a day later 😂 that's always been my luck. I've got a pretty irregular period, too.

Yes def could be stress. i have irregular periods and was 12 days late once ...worst time of my life but then i got it! you're fine and stress will make it more late
