anyone here suffering from depression?

I think I may be depressed . My husband says I should go seek help but I keep telling myself that I'm okay but I have been noticing some changes in the last year .I'm not enjoying things I used to love . I am constantly crying and feel dead inside . It's gotten to the point that I can't relax and I have no motivation to do anything . I have no appetite ,no sex drive,and I just want to sleep all the time . Taking a shower seems like a chore (I still shower but I have to really make myself . )  . I am considering going to get help because I have also been having suicidal thoughts . I am far to afraid to actually go through with it but The what ifs do cross my mind and sometimes find myself feeling like a burden to others .. anyone here have depression ? When did you decide to get help .
