My husband and I have been trying since we got married in the summer of 2014

My husband and I have been trying since we got married in the summer of 2014. We got pregnant on the second month of trying but after a difficult miscarriage we waited six months to start trying again. Since then we have never been able to conceive. It was realized my husband had a verocele (essentially a vericose vein in his testicles that heats up the sperm and kills his sperm.) We were told that without the surgery there was no chance of us conceiving and even after the surgery our chances were still slim.
