help!

Ok so i took birth control for 1 month and noticed that my hormones got worse , i gained weight, and I started getting bad acne. It also cause me to be very depressed and moody and have self esteem issues.I had enough so i threw the pills away and stopped taking them. Will my skin go back to normal or will it get much worse? Will my hormones get worse? Omg someone please help!😭🤦🏻‍♀️
