Stabbing pain

So last night I went to roll over to my left side and I got a stabbing pain on the right inside hip, I know it wasn't round ligament pain because I get that too and know how that feels, this was bad pain I would say an 8 and only lasted a few seconds. And after it stopped baby boy was kicking around. I don't know if I just moved at the wrong time or what but that hurt really bad and scared me. Has anyone else experienced this? 22 weeks pregnant
