any advice on Sagittarian males?

Me and this guy hit it off right away in person. I mean chemistry off the charts, but outside of that he nvr texts back bc he says he's so busy. So ever since then I would talk abt how he has hoes and plays games (which I have no real evidence of) I then snapped on him and told him how I didn't like tht and I felt like he was playing games w me and insisted he wasn't for the 1,000th time. A couple days later I apologized for coming at him the wrong way cause I was pretty upset and asked to start over. (Which he tried to do with me when I told him how I didn't like how he doesn't always text back) he then asked well wasn't tht what I tried to do? And I pretty much just told him that to decide if he still wants to be friends or not and he read my msg but never replied.. I'm not sure what to think at this point ..idk whether he just doesn't care or trying to get me to chase him
