is anyone else scared of their baby shower!?

My shower is tomorrow...
And I'm more nervous than excited. 
I feel weird about the whole thing...
And I kind of want to no show on my own party...
does anyone else feel that way!?

Yup.  Mine is also tomorrow and I have no desire to go.  But I will go, I will smile, and thankfully go home after 2 hours.  Lol

Sooooo, today was a success. I was super anxious, and scared. 
I woke up to messages saying, "Sorry I can't come today." Or "I didn't RSVP" and I got even more worried that everyone was bailing out!  But.... IT WAS PERFECT!  
The weather turned out to be great, when it was supposed to be cold and rainy. More people showed up than I could have imagined,  people flew in from out of town even. I got so many useful and wonderful things, everyone got along, and all the kids had a good time too!  
All my fears went away sooner than I thought. And I'm thankful that I have such a good and loving support group AKA family!  
I hope you all end up having just as good of a time at your showers, if not better. And I hope you're anxiety and fears dissipate as fast as mine did!  Congrats to all the moms!

I am and it's my second... having a girl this time. I'm mostly scared because literally no one buys from my registry and it seriously pisses me off! At least they did that last time 😕 also I'm in the middle of a divorce and my husband and all his family are coming 😞😞😞 it's not really about me though, it's about our daughter!

I hate having the attention 100% on me. So my baby showers were difficult when I was pregnant with my first. But they were fun. My hostesses knew I didn't like that attention so they did their best to pick games that didn't focus on me.

I'm having two because my in laws want a separate one for their family. I am dreading both(but theirs more so than the one my mom is throwing me). I hated having two bridal showers also. I wish I could just skip over the shower part, I'd love to be a no show. 😂

I didn't enjoy opening gifts in front of everyone but still had a good time. Everyone there will be so happy for you--hopefully you'll feel the love!
