am I ovulating??

Miscarried at 16weeks on the 1st april, bled for 2 weeks then stopped. I think my period came on the 26th april and lasted 1week. Took a pregnancy test this morning and came back negative, so my hormones have gone down. Tonight im having stretchy CM when i check my cervix. Clear and stretchy. Am i ovulating again??
