7 year breakup

Just needing some positive affirmations right now. Recently broke up with my partner of 7 years because I felt I wasn't happy and he wasn't giving me what I needed. Haven't cried or thought about it for a month, was having the time of my life and running on auto pilot. Now everything's sort of hitting me all at once and it doesn't feel too good..... trying not to drive back to his house and end up on his doorstep tonight 😞
