Return of the Nausea

How many ladies have had their nausea return in the last few weeks of pregnancy? My son dropped about a week ago. In the last couple days I've suddenly had sparks of nausea return. I'll feel fine one second and the next I'm praying for everything to stay down. Has any one had this with past pregnancies? Is there a hope it can be a couple day thing? Sign of labor being near? I really don't want to return to the sickness of my first trimester.
