should I go back to the doctor

I when to the ER for many symptom like headache,ear ache, swollen glands in neck,dizziness,a cough,nausea and night chills and fever. The doctor only gave meds for nausea but nothing else and gave no information on how I could treat the other problems. I want to go back to another doctor but I feel as if I shouldn't. Idk what should I do. Plus I been to the doctor a lot this year.
