Any acne routines that saved you ?

Anyone discover an acne routine that got rid of your acne ? Mines been off and on for years, mostly on ! I hate my skin being clear for a month tops maybe and then i'm just broke out again. I wash my face every morning and night but .. 🤦🏼‍♀️

Everyone is different. It's best to see a dermatologist and that can tell you what's best for you. I use proactive and garnier skin active cleansing water and it helps. Also there's certain types of birth control pills that helps with acne.

Birth control has saved my skin. I know it's not a possibility for everybody, but that, a gentle cleanser (I used the Body Shop vitamin E gentle wash), perfume free moisturiser. Since I have hyperpigmentation from previous scarring I also use Nip + Fab Extreme Night Glicolic fix to even out my complexion and a sleeping mask (Youth Bouncy mask something from the Body Shop but I wouldn't necessarily recommend since it's mostly dimethicone and glycerin and doesn't have any active principles). Maybe you could go with straight up rosehip oil to help with hyperpigmentation or only grapeseed oil to nourish your skin at night

Pure organic aloe vera helped me so much! I use it after I've had a shower and washed my face, let it absorb and then moisturise. Also make sure you're using as natural skin care as possible some cleansers can be super drying and chemically and cause your face to create extra oils leading the breakouts.
