the first 48 hours after birth....

Hey Mamas! Tell me about the first 48 hours after birth! Any tips? What should I expect? I'm a FTM, and would love to have some ideas of what those first couple days before we go home from the hospital might look like! 

How did you feel? Were you able to sleep? How often did you nurse? How hands on were the nurses/hospital staff with helping you take care of the baby? Did you Change into comfy clothes/pajamas? Any tips to help make the first 48 go smoothly?
