Should i go back to doctor? 😷

So around the 18th of April I got a cold, which then quickly turned into a nonstop cough. So I figured bronchitis. So I waited and waited but it never went away so I went to my doctor just a couple days ago. She confirmed that it was bronchitis and gave me two inhalers to take as well as some musinex. Well now I feel like the cough is getting worse and my tonsil is really swollen and has little white dots... I never had the sore throat just the crazy cough. I cant decied what to do since I was literally just there. I'm coughing up so much mucas I dont even take the musinex but isnt that a good sign? When should I go back?
