Anybody else?

I'm 10w4d and this is my 2nd. I am so exhausted! My heart is constantly racing and I'm always out of breath. I feel like even getting off the couch is a chore. Both the bathrooms in our house are on the second floor, and I'm out of breath by the time I get to one. I felt like this with my first, but not until the last couple months. Has anyone else dealt with this this early? Does it get any better?
