conceiving TWINS

Okay so people bear with me here lol. I am educated on genetics and such, but I am JUST CURIOUS to ask, is there any way you can purposely have twins? Like any natural remmieies or such that allows you to release two eggs? I have multiple sets of twins in my family, and I'd like to also have twins. I have a 2 year old daughter, and my so and I would Ike 2 more. Share your stories/remedies.
