I'm not interested

How do I let down A guy friend of mine... who I know is interested in me. He's a super nice guy a good dude all around but he smells. His clothes always smell dirty his shoes are dirty his breath isn't the hottest but we have a good conversation for the most part. The other day I was feeling a frisky so I decided to invite him over to my place 😑 he came over after he went to a r&b showcase to see his friend sing. I'm thinking he had to get dressed up and cleaned up. NOPE he took his shoes off and I got instantly 😡 his feet smelled horrible. Before I knew it I had said omg is that your fuckin feet. I'm so turned off by his constant lack of good hygiene...what do I say in a much nicer way than I did.
