HPV HELP colposcopy I'm so scared

Okay I'm freaking out, I had a pap three years ago, I was perfect. Now three years later, they found abnormal and That I have HPV I've had the three shots 4 years ago. How did this happen? Me and my fiancé have only been with each other, they said he may be a carrier..... anyways, I'm freaking out and have to get a colposcopy :/ does it hurt? I'm so scared......
