Tender breasts, Late Periods and miscarriages.

Hey guys! I've been tracking my period with eve since October of last year. It hasn't let me down yet. Up until the last 3 months. My fiancee and I have been trying to get pregnant, and the last 3 months my period has been off anywhere from 3 days to a full week late. I'm curious if any of you ladies have had this issue when trying to conceive. As well as I have a question for moms. I have 3 children already, I've never had issues with hard breasts unless I was pregnant. I'm currently 2 days late for my period, and my breasts have been swollen with hard lumps forming in both for about a week now. Have you ever had tender breasts with hard lumps forming when you were just on your cycle and not pregnant? Also.. how's fertility after multiple babies for you guys? Thank you so much eve ladies!
