any doctors on here and much needed calming down

So I found 2 swollen lumps where my lympth nodes are on my left groin/hip area and I went to a doctor but they didn't run any tests or anything she just looked at my groin area and said that she thought it was because I had foliculitis because I had just shaven my groin area but about almost a week later today I found a 3 swollen lump (all 3 are about the size of a big pea ) and now I am having leg pain and weird cramps in my hip area where the lumps are. I don't have a fever or anything and I don't feel sick I am going to go back to a doctor probably if these don't get better because I am starting to worry that it could be something really bad so am I overreacting or is this serious? :/
