Sort of freaking out. Lately I have been forgetting every now and then to take my prenatals... I take them and night and I have been forgetting them some nights because I'll be so exhausted and end up coming upstairs without taking them and just crashing out. I'm nervous that I should be doing seriously much better with them..I'm scared I'm harming my baby and causing it to not grow like it should be😩
