Being comfortable with your SO

Ladies, how long did it take for you to get comfortable around your boyfriend/husband? My boyfriend and I just started dating a little over a month ago and I'm still not comfortable enough to eat around him, go without makeup, etc. I know how silly it sounds, but I've always had severe anxiety about eating around people. I hate it.
