My dog! 😑😠

I need to rant. I just don't know what to do with my dog anymore. She is only 9 months old, I know she is still just a puppy but my hell she is a menace!! She doesn't just chew, she absolutely destroys EVERYTHING!! Right now she is in a horrible habit of eating and tearing apart my carpet. She barks and barks and barks at nothing all the damn time. I've been trying to teach her to not do these things, but she completely ignores me and does whatever the hell she wants. She also has a bad habit of bullying our old dog. She jumps on him, chases him, body slams him, just full on terrorizes him. He is 11 years old and has terrible arthritis and other problems. I'm worried she is going to seriously hurt him some day. She also has been acting kind of aggressive towards strangers lately. I took her to the vet and she is fine, but I think our neighbors are being mean to her while my husband and I are at work. We know that are breaking into our back yard and stealing things and she is right there in her dog run and would be an easy target. But she is just slowly tearing apart our already falling apart home. I just don't know what else to do with her. I've tried crate training her, spray bottle, slapping a news paper smack sound, I've raised my voice at her. Absolutely nothing works. I can't afford any training classes right now and I don't even think there are any in our area. I'm starting to think getting her was a huge mistake. Maybe I just wasn't ready for her, but I don't want to give up on her because I do love her. I'm just coming to the end of my rope. Please don't be really rude with me, I am simply venting.
