I have the copper IUD, that's all we use. Every now and then a woman who's on hormonal birth control or Paragard will become pregnant even though they used their method correctly - there's more than a couple on this app - but the chances are so low that we don't really care.

I don't know how else to describe it but any condom that isn't lambskin gives me what feels like rug burn inside my vagina, so I really hate them.

If you have an IUD those thugs are ALMOST gaurenteed(although nothing is totally) to keep you safe from pregnancy. The pill had a decent success rate too, but only if you never miss one/never take one late/never take one early. And even then it's not always reliable. I'd rather rely on condoms and let birth control be out back up plan
