Okay so it doesn't happen all the time but when it does WOW i could scream it's like a really bad burning sensation on my nipples it comes and goes but surely I'm thinking it's not my milk yet as I'm only 30 weeks ???

This is how I found out I was pregnant! My nipples burned so bad that I called my husband on the way to work and asked him if he put hot sauce in my bra. 😂 My husband made me take a test later that day and sure enough I was pregnant. I've had it happen quite a few more times since then as well. I don't think it is unusual lol.

Normal! Your breasts are just getting ready. It's not milk - that comes in after birth.

My breasts started producing a little bit at 24 weeks. I obviously haven't pumped or anything, so it's just small amounts leaking out. When I feel it coming, my breasts got hot but I don't feel any burning sensations around my nipples

You aren't producing milk...that's 3 to 5 days after giving birth....hormones and your body preparing to produce milk can cause this pain. Try ice packs with a cloth between the pack and your skin
