any experience with back labor?

Today I've had a constant back pain that has gotten worse and also an additional pain in the back that comes and goes. Doesn't matter if I'm sitting or laying or whatever. I'm 39w 3d. Haven't felt any front tightness or contractions so I'm confused. Normally if it's from baby positioning sitting on my ball helps but even that isn't doin anything.

I had back labor it was pain in lower back that wrapped around my groin pelvic area and would come and go. If u think it's contraction n they come and go time them. See if they come in intervals. That's what I had to do Bc I had no idea if it was labor bc contractions where not in my belly like my first. N they where consistent. Watch them n time them. By the time I realized they where regular and that it meant labor I was 7 cms and 100% effaced lol.

Back labor is due to baby's position during labor hun...you'd still have uterine contractions.
