have chlamydia?

(At old ob/gyn I got an call for my lab results the next day or sometimes it'll be no more than 3 days and they'll tell me my lab results before telling me my prescription is ready ) . So she tries to answer the questions and then she finally says it's for chlamydia, I said well I've been getting testing done in the last couple months and haven't had sex so how is this possible, she says hmmm I don't know, and then she says it'll be 2 pills and that's it, I said well I've had a chlamydia over a year ago and I usually get pills that'll last for 5 days, she then says she still don't know why that is and just take the two pills on a full stomach and I'll be done, well I got off phone with her and I pick up prescriptions and it says take 4 pills one time and that's it... I'm like okay well the directions doesn't make sense and the nurse said there should only be 2 pills I get so I'm lost ... I've read that I should get testing done again because maybe the results are wrong... but I don't know I'm in the middle of trying to find someone who'll take me over 30 weeks because I keep having bad experiences with them ... and refuse to go back ... any ideas on what I should do ? I don't believe I have chlamydia
