Infant bath tub?

Question

My son is 3.5 months old and loves bath time. He is also the world's most fidgety baby. We started using the Angelcare bath support in our tub, but he is able to wiggle his tush over the edge. I constantly have a hand on his stomach to hold him in place. So I decided we needed something new to make bath time more safe. I just bought and tried the First Years Comfort Deluxe infant to toddler tub. This was worse than the AngelCare for him. Not only does he refuse to stick his butt in the wedge (he stiff  legs it), but his feet touch the other side, so he constantly is trying to push off. He can't sit up yet, so the toddler section is out of the question. Does anyone have a recommendation for us? And no, I am not looking for a sink option. Thanks!

We had the same problem with the lay down angel care bath tub, at 3/3.5 months she started kicking her legs and getting her bum off of the ledge at the bottom, she couldn't sit up alone yet so I got this angel car sit up bath seat and she loved it!! It was a life saver at bath time, she could lean back in it and chill lol!

You could go "old school." Get a small towel and put it in the bottom of the bathtub to prevent slipping around. Fill the tub up with an inch or 2 of water. Lay baby down on the towel in the tub. Use a washcloth to suds up and rise off.

My 85 year old grandma taught that it to me. It is what they did before they had special baby baths. So easy. You don't have to store a special baby device.

We have this and I love it. The little sprayer comes out, and isn't totally necessary, but it's very big. The sling goes down enough from the weight of the baby that he hasn't fallen out yet, and I'm hoping soon he'll be old enough that we can use just the tub!

I bathed with her until prob 9 mos old. Now I just stick her in there to play. She's 1

We had an infant to toddler bath that came with a cloth insert to raise baby into a "hammock" until she was big enough for the actual seated part of the tub. It snapped around the sides of the tub and elevated her out of the water. We used it until she was about 5 months, then transitioned her to the seat in the tub.
