chafing??

Any other prego moms having really bad chafing and dry skin in the creases of your vagina and thigh?! Never had this before pregnancy besides wearing a skirt... I need advice it hurts so bad and I'm constantly on the move at work.. I wear slacks that fit very well to work..

As awkward as this sounds, get a silicon based lube, put it where you chafe. The silicone won't ware off if you sweat but make sure it's just a tiny bit ( size of a pea or smaller) because a little goes a long way. It is amazing. Fun fact it also works between thighs at water parks lol

Thank you the chafing for me is on my underwear lines on the inside. I thought my underwear were two tight and got a bigger size but now it sounds like more. I will try these things! 16 weeks and its winter so I’m sure it will get worse as time goes on and the weather heats up.

Take it from a plus size momma who deals with 100°+ weather in the summer and chaffs terribly this will be your best friend. And I carry it in my purse during pregnancy and the whole summer....just saying!

You can get it 100 different places but I usually just pick it up at Walmart when I get my deodorant.
