Nexplanon Withdrawal Help

I got my nexplanon taken out about a month ago and my life has been crap.

For background: I had it for 2 years, and then had it taken out in July because it had been making my depression worse and I was getting sick of the constant pregnancy symptoms.

I got it put back in in November because my doctor told me it was the only option for my ovarian cysts.

I got it taken out a month ago because I was just done with its shenanigans. 

The first removal went swimmingly. Side effects gone in weeks and my cycle started right back up. 

This time I feel horrid. I get massive migraines, I'm bloated to hell, I'm nauseous at night, I'm gassier than I've been, I keep getting the hiccups and I have insane scent aversions. Also, my areolas are hella dark and big and I have bumps around the nipple that weren't that pronounced before. I had unprotected sex 2 days before the removal, so at first I thought I might be actually pregnant (which seems illogical but whatever). However, I took a pregnancy test 3 days ago and it was negative. 

So my question is: have any of you had this with Nexplanon? How long should I wait before I go back to my doctor? She said I should see an improvement in a week, which obviously isn't the case, but I hate going in and having people basically shrug at me and send me home.
