8 weeks to see a doctor?

I seriously hate waiting to be 8 weeks to see a doctor. I'm 19 and have always been underweight and my husband and i just found we're having our first baby a couple days ago and i wanna make sure everything is okay. But they told me the first day i could go in was June 1st.

I had to wait til 12 weeks to see an actual OBGYN. But I went to a free clinic though and I got a free ultrasound at 9 weeks so I was able to hear his heartbeat and see that he was there.

See if you can get into a women's clinic

Totally normal :) Unless you have had a history of miscarriage or issues during pregnancy then they won't see you before 8 weeks. Don't worry though. If you have bad pains, bleeding or unusual symptoms then just call and talk with a nurse. Other than that enjoy :) congrats!!
