what in tarnation

So I was diagnosed two weeks ago with an ovarian cyst and it was recommended I get an ultrasound. I got a phone call today from the office as a courtesy saying this ultrasound was going to call 190 dollars. With my insurance. Why?! Is it not considered preventative care since I have a history of ovarian torsions? I have really great insurance too so this super confused me.
