Implantation or pms?

Hello everyone, earlier this morning I have very minor cramping that only lasted a few moments. AF is due in 6 days and I have never cramped before a period. Also, my breasts are usually very sore a week up to AF but this month its only a little bit of soreness. Could I be pregnant?
