Breastfed baby poop smells like vinegar... Normal or not?

Has this ever happened to you? What was the cause? Her poop also can smell like rotten eggs. I thought breastfed baby poo was supposed to smell sweet? She's 4 months old...

As an infant daycare worker I've never known a breastfed poop to NOT smell of vinegar. Very normal but if you are concerned please call the doc.

Totally normal. I just had a doctor's appointment for my LO and I brought it up to the doctor and she said very normal. But watch out for other simptoms as it may be a food allergy. But if it's just smelly poop it's normal 😁
