The moment I wake up every day I take my sugar and sometimes it's below 95 and sometimes it's up around 110 max.

Should I be concerned?
I'm 24 weeks and 3 days pregnant today.

The only way to know the answer is with a glucose tolerance test. Call your doctor. I flagged as high on the 1 hr test, went back for the 3 hr and was fine.

I have GD and my doctor told me that my fasting blood sugar should be under 90. An hour after every meal should be under 130.
