Honestly? Rarely anymore. I used to be a crazy news junky. Now I can hardly stand seeing all of the shit that goes on in this world. It actually worsens my depression. Seriously.

Surprisingly, researching events calms my anxiety. My thoughts and little problems ain't shit compared to the problems of the world! I love to know what's going on. I feel like staying informed allows one to be a better citizen. It's sad when people only talk petty gossip and celebrities.

My SO watches daily and keeps me informed on the big stuff. Occasionally I'll watch with him but honestly it is depressing  so I dont enjoy it. I'd rather watch something that makes me laugh after a long day. 🙃
