His first love...😒

So when my now husband and I were just dating he would talk to almost all of his exes. One of them was his first love and he was extremely in love with her. They never fully dated, just made out hard core. I didn't really care that he talked to his exes except her. She bothered me a lot. Her and I are very differently opinionated and she hated me because the first time we met I was very shy and didn't talk to her so she thought I was rude. Well sometimes when they would talk he would leg me go through his messages and I would see that she was giving him very detailed stories about her sex life. Like what they did, where they did it, whom she did it with and they would just talk about it and it made me very mad. He eventually stopped talking to her for a while when she moved away. We are now married and she is engaged, but I know that she has cheated on every single guy she has ever been with. Just because she can too. He knows I hate her and I've asked him to stop talking to her, but they have recently been talking again and its really bugging me. I don't want to seem like I'm controling, but I can't help it. She is also the kid of person that lies and says she was raped and sexually assaulted even though she admits she lies about it for attention and even goes to therapy for lying about it. She thinks all men are in love with her and out to get her for sex and to rape her. Any advice on what I should do? Because I'm gonna come unglued on them both!!
