heartburn help????

Will eating something cold like a popsicle make it go away? Normally my tums knock it right out buttt these last few weeks of pregnancy, it's gotten worse and the tums stopped helping. Please help lol.

I have suffered to the point it makes me throw up! I have gone through tums, gaviscon (I find the chewable tablets better then the liquid but I stick both), rennies, baking soda!! However I found Zantac!! Which you can get in uk and in USA! They helped me not need to take as much of the other stuff xx

I've been having HORRIBLE acid reflux, where nothin would take care of it (tums/not eating certain foods/trying to eat more of certain foods/not gulping water, lying down elevated/essential oils/etc...) and finally my doctor recommended I take Prevacid (OTC) and it has completely taken it away!

I have heard that chewing gum helps combat the heartburn. I can't say from personal experience as I haven't really had any heartburn, but many pregnant women I have known swear by it,
