ladies please help me ...

yesterday i thought my doctor was going to stop bc(sprintec) that im taking it for my irregular period this is my 6th month( the reason that i decided to go to the doctor was because i had 2 miscarriages ) ... two months ago he prenscibed me phentermine i lost 10 pounds the first month and 1 pound last month ..he wasnt happy but i was doing the right things eating healty and exercising and yesterday he prenscribed me metformin 500 mg and he told me that i have to continue taking sprintec  😏 he stopped phentermine ...  but what about trying to concieve? i told him that i want to try for another baby and he is telling me if you loss more pounds i will stop sprintec 😏 idk what to do i feel so sad ...
