am I pregnant !!

I've been on the nexaplanon implant for about 2 years now. Since I had my birth control I have not had a period. Today I started very lightly cramping and light spotting (pink). Before this I had been feeling sick(nauseous), very tired, HUNGRY, and Bloated. Not to mention my nipples are very tender been like this for about 3 weeks. Taken pregnancy test but they all came back negative. With my normal periods I never had these feelings just cramped. Pleas help!
