Sex after baby

6 months after baby and I'm still having painful sex with my husband. I gave birth naturally and had a 2nd degree tear internally. I had a few stitches inside. 6 week check up I was told I was healed but every time I have had sex (which has only been a handful of times), it has been very painful. We use lots of lube but it still is very uncomfortable. Then we go weeks without it since it is no fun. Missing my sex life. Any ladies have any similar problems? Any advice?
