What food and drink to avoid when ttc

Question

Did anyone drink about 2 cups of coffee a day and got a Bfp? Iv heard that drinking coffee decreases the chances of conceiving is this true? As I love coffee and I drink about 2 cups a day lol. Also is there any certain food that you should not eat when ttc or is all this iv been reading and hearing just stories. Just want to see everyone else's intake or opinions on this subject. Lol

I had been drinking 2-3 cups a day and conceived! I did switch to decaf after bfp though. Good luck!

I'm avoiding gluten, dairy, soy, and grains 🤔. Haven't conceived yet, but it's helping my cycles

I drank like 5 cups a coffee a day, and drank a lot of soda, and I smoked cigarettes and ate what I wanted, I still managed to get pregnant. That stuff is such a myth. Of course when I found out I was pregnant (I'm very regular so when I was a day late I tested) I quit smoking, cut down to half a cup of decaf a day and I allow my self about two cans of coke a day :)

After 3 yrs I quit regular coffee and alcohol and got my positive. Switch to decaf if it's just the coffee you like.
