help!!!! herpes???!!!!

Been having frequent uti"almost every month now since February,and yeast infections, normally just before my period is about to start ...the first time I had a yeast infection was after unprotected sex in 2014 the day after I broke out in red itchy robes on my arm and legs ... immediately I thought I was hiv .. went straight to test , thankfully it's not .. the hives still come but there not itchy , they come just before my period of when am stressed .... never on my vagina ... in April 2016.. I shaved with a very!! Old rusty shaver . The next day a blister came , then more came , it was itchy as heck !! and burning . Went to the doctor and she did a visual exam , not sampling or any lab work .. and said it looks like herpes .... I have never gotten them again ... now I notice my vagina looks dry , has dry skin sometimes , and i have what looks like razor bumps sometimes ,and red bumps .. and black spots , now I got a bump that's painful .. plz I really need ur opinion.. !!! Does this sound like herpes "I am swear that I need to get tested ..! And I will and just terrified out of my mind ATM !! I really appreciate ur fed back ..💕
