Marriage problems

I have been by this man side went to jail for this man caught two cases for this man paid for his lawyer.. Brought him two cars the first he destroyed... Open up my house to this man and still he don't trust me... How can a man love you and not trust you... Never cheated no reason to you cheat when your not happy I was happy up until then... My problem is if you don't trust me why you still around... I just don't get it... This is the same man that left me to catch the bus to ride around with the next bitch... Same bitch that keyed the first call... Same bitch he was riding around with at 5 in the morning... I was told the person doing the accusing is usually the guilty one... First relationship I have taken serious and now I'm rethinking the entire three years.... What should I do???
