Spina Bifida Test Positive

Ok so we had our Quad screening test done the other day to test for Down syndrome along with several other abnormalities. The doc called the other day and said that it was positive for spina bifida which means the spine may not be forming properly. I've been reading that some of these tests can pop false positive and some actually positive. But in the case of positive most cases of spina bifida are mild. If anyone has had a scare like this or dealt with this people give me some reassurance. We are being sent out to a specialist ultrasound tech this coming week to do the testing for it further.
